Even though I have an appointment I have to wait more than an hour to be seen with the doctor however the physical therapy department the acupuncture department and the specialty departments are doing great but the doctor makes you wait too long

I had an appointment @745am. Didn’t see the ortho doctor till 943. Doctor walk in ask how I’m doing. Told him been waiting for 2 hrs. And he said they probably skipped me. The wait here is always long. Except at the physical therapy area. The receptionist are friendly and the wait between 5-10 min with appointments.

First they were asking me if I was ready to give a urine sample.I said not yet. then when I really had to go they took their time and I was really ready to go.
