Meet at front door with security guard getting in my face talked down to and being forced with threats of violence to unwillingly do screenings that had nothing to do with why I was there. This is terrorizing and illegal
Professional,friendly, receptionist. Trusting knowledgeable physicians the take time to listen to your concerns. The physical therapy dept is wonderful, Courtney is helping get back into physical shape. She is great along with all the other staff.
This was the best experience I have ever had taking a ursine analysis (UA). I needed the UA for my clinical for wound care certification for nursing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to complete UA quickly and received the results the same day with documentation. I would highly recommend Concentra urgent care for all your urine analysts needs!
