I came in about 45 minutes before close with an on the job injury, a small but deep cat bite. I was turned away, cited that I needed to go to an ER. I told them I don’t need an ER, its just a cat bite from a fully vaccinated animal. I had just driven myself here, and the cut wasn’t very severe but it WAS sore and very painful to drive with. Very nice people and fast
Well, my step-daughter is very sick. We were recommended to go to Concentra Urgent Care and I called ahead of time to inquire about insurance and told her we’d be there in a minute but when we arrived and walked up to desk at 2:00 p.m. the girl sitting closest to the front door sarcastically asked us, “what’s wrong with her”. I told her I think she has the flu, short of breath, coughing, lethargic, body aches” and the girl put the clipboard to her chest and said “the doctor isn’t seeing anymore patients today”. The staff at Concentra from the front to the back are very professional and approachable. The Dr. takes his time with you and explains everything that he is doing all while getting you out in a timely manner. Love Concentra on Jefferson hwy.
