Upon going to the Rohnert Park Concentra, the nursing staff was friendly, but noticed the office did not have proper seating spacing for patients. The seats were next to each other or in front of another patient, not 6 feet in distance.

I have had the experience of going to Concentra both in Bakersfield and Santa Rosa and have never had a more unpleasant experience in my life with a physicians office these places are horrible places I have been stuck with Concentra for over a year now due to a work place injury Concentra does not care about there patients needs and it is clear they are all for insurance companies needs after nearly one year in pain I am finally having surgery next month if I had it my way I would never return to another Concentra in any tow... read more
quick and easy drug screening
The most horrible experience I've had with an Urgent Care. I've had better luck in the ghetto of East Cleveland. I hate to throw an establishment under the bus, but this place needs some serious attention from whoever runs it!
Everyone treats people respectfully and politely.
The waiting time for a simple physical is not even funny. Staff is rude looks like if they were mad at you and they need To understand that thanks to people like me they have a paycheck. Worst place ever. I don’t recommended at all.
