I was at Concentra for a pre-employment visit for my new employer. The staff at the main counter were openly and informally talking about their PTO banks and other leave time banks and trying to figure them out while they had patients sitting in front of them waiting to be seen (I get it’s the middle of COVID-19 pandemic and we are all worried about the immediate future but it was more than I needed to know or wanted to hear). And my RN was very nice but very scattered.

Very quick and easy process, went in as a walk in and was out in 35 minutes on a fairly busy day.
The service i received was awesome. The nurses were very pleasant.
Excellent and professional . My wait time was not long at all.
clean facility p prompt care but had to wate long for visit. nice employees but need a few more for faster service and expensive for cdl med card.

Communication, the women who asked me back to take the drug test was talking so fast, I only heard the first couple words she said and therefore I flushed the tolent, when I came out she looked at me for the first time and said, you flushed the tolent so ima have to call your job...when your talking to people you should look at then, speak slowly to make sure they understand. I also didn't know you can't leave the building, nobody told me.
