It’s an absolute joke every time I go there starting with the check in girl no routine just all confusing . Sat there 30mins then she wants you to fill out medical info could have already done it . Then they come get you trying to finish medical on phone while there having you get weighed piss incuplook at eye chart. I was there for a drug test only
Morrow Ga location was completely unprofessional. I waited for over 3hrs for a random drug test in a waiting room with at least 15 or more people. On three different occasions someone came in to be tested for Covid-19. They were told to fill out paperwork and listen for their name to be called. My wife called and talked to Shanequia about this and was told no, those people are being sent out to their car to wait. After three hours I finally asked what was taking so long. They lost my paperwork ugh!!
People seem to genuinely care about patients and are very friendly.

Staff is fast , efficient, and friendly
The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and lacks compassion for people who are being serviced. Staff should be cognizant that they are serving people who are entitled to to be treated with respect regardless of their personal judgments . Professional courtesy should not be optional when you are representing a corporation of this magnitude which services many people throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Areas. Extremely disturbed by the treatment and lack of respect provided by the receptionist and management.
I received professional and efficient service from the staff as a walk in and would recommend Concentra.
