Went for a DOT physical, they don’t take appointments had to wait over 5 hours. Staff was reasonably nice though. Glad I was getting paid by my company to sit for 5 hours for Concentra to do 15minutes worth of medical evaluation.
RecommendedThe staff at Concentra were all very friendly, as was the doctor. Kristy was amazing at drawing blood and giving injections. They were clearly understaffed which created a back log of patients and a very lengthy wait that was uncomfortable and time- consuming, but they all kept things moving along as best they could and were very kind and kept everyone informed along the way.
Arrialle was very nice and professional. I am a safety manager at Bwi and I send most of my dot physicals to 811 Cromwell. They performed my service in a timely manner Thank you.
when I was seen by the doctor and staff it great
I go there to take my annual physical for my DOT card and random drug tests. The staff always treats me with respect and dignity and I appreciate that I’ve had several different doctors and even though The waiting room might be full I feel like they’re doing a thorough physical not just rush in and rush out thank you for all you do
I recommend Concentra Urgent Care due to the fact you get in and out. Concentra staff are very friendly with professional skills💕
Dropped in on a Friday night for DOT physical. And I gotta tell you Concentra at BWI is awesome ! Even tho it was late everyone was friendly & professional. 1st lady at front desk greeted quickly gave me needed forms to fill out and handled it all quick Nurse with urine test vision hearing BP was fantastic & friendly. The Doc came in to see me 5 min after being in the room and was extremely thorough and he acted like a real person who really cares how you are and was extremely knowledgeable. Was told that I could not make an appointment.... had to wait a hour and half. Service was courteous and friendly.
