My grandfather was there in May 25th they told him there was an hour and half wait he ok..he sits in the waiting room for 45 mins then they take him back and put him in an exam room I called him and he said I have been waiting in the exam room for an hour so I called the front office...I wasn’t with him...I called and asked if my grandfather was there and they stayed they had No More Patients in there rooms and I told them I just talked to him and he was in a room so they forgot about him in an exam room... so the doctor sai... read more
The service was excellent. The Medical care excellent
I wish there was a negative star. Waited nearly 2 hrs for last SCHEDULED Workman Comp apt. Now, now on a half hour wait for return SCHEDULED apt.
I was satisfied with my treatment but i called today to see if they could give me a new drs note and i was told that i had to see the dr again for that. I have no medical insurance so they basically are charging me 170$ to change the dates on the drs note. I wont be going back there
If they can't handle walkins like advertised then turn them away. 3 hours and waiting.
Was taken care of in a timely manner. Staff were polite and helpful
