While the people are nice there process is horrible. Arrived at 8 am when they opened. After completing paperwork sat for almost 45 min before being taken back for vitals. Then moved to room and waited another 45 min for PA to spend 5 minutes checking heart, arm and leg strength and bending over for a commercial license DOT. Came to the Timonium location for a work injury in which I pulled a muscle in my back. Doctor told me twist to the right twist to the left bend forward and then your fine it’s probably a strain and to return to work the next day. Seemed like she didn’t want to get near me and didn’t even look when I pointed to the exact location of the injury. I just don’t feel like the Dr’s care at all. I’m never going to this location again.
RecommendedShorter visit time. I signed in at 10:23 AM and didn’t leave until 12:50 PM.
Has gotten a lot better than 2 years ago, the Dr. there had no bedside manner , getting physical for my CDL, she couldn’t have made it any more difficult
Rude staff and ridiculous wait times . They don’t answer the phone & put you on endless hold without even asking if you can hold. Was disconnected twice. Was told no wait time for a particular service but waited over an hour needlessly. Very unprofessional and inefficient. *Update - editing to say that James (a tech) is a wonderful & very pleasant person. Still keeping my opinion about the company but he is terrific and the company probably doesn’t deserve/recognize him enough.
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They need more staff and doctors.
Very professional and great service, wasn’t a crowd got in and out in 30 mins, the Lutherville staff rocks
The Concentra location where I went they were very professional and super fast.
Staff was unprofessional. Facility was filthy especially chairs. Jerry Springer blaring out of TV gave me a migraine. There for Xray which they could not perform. Mold in coffee pot.
