We waited in a room for over an hour to be seen. It's like they all went to lunch or something. So ridiculous. There wasn't even alot of people waiting. Never will come back here. On top of that I paid $120 for this BS
I spoke 5 mins on the phone about my tb test. Discussed every scenario. They wait till I get there to say they dont take insurance paym for that.
The PA that was going to treat had me waiting for an Hour and half. I felt she was retaliating toward me for an error her staff did, very unprofessional. PA did nothing for me I left in tears and pain. Shame on you!!!
The two times I had to go it was worth it, quick, fast, and friendly service.
We were the last ppl to come in 30 minuets before closing and the staff was very caring and kind. They gave us good information and suggestions to help my daughter with her foot pain. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs medical care.
The people in Therapy are very rude and dont talk or treat you right very unprofessional...I wouldn't recommend doing your therapy there.
I was in and out as urgent care patient, friendly staff and attentive physician!
