Do not go to the Chesterfield Mi location. They will find any reason under the sun to run you around and not give you a DOT card!!!!
This location at 23 mile and Gratiot is the only concentra I would go to if I had a choice. I’ve been to other locations and prefer not to go back to any of them if at all possible.
The doctor I had to see here has terrible bedside manner. When it comes to work related injuries they make it clear they’re there to help the company not you.
I would recommend going to Concentra on a day where you have time to waste, while the service I received was great, I feel like the service is slow. I had to go in for a drug test for my new job, and being the only one in there, it still took me about 35 minutes before I got to leave.
I was sent to Concentra by my employer after a slip and fall. The nurses and Dr Popp were very thorough and caring about my medical needs. With my concussion I repeatedly returned to see Dr. Popp until I was able to return to work without restrictions. I believe I had 4-5 appointments at Concentra in Chesterfield, MI. I would definitely feel comfortable going back to see them again in the future. I would recommend them as an urgent care provider!!!
I think this place is a complete joke and was no help at all I went to get my dot physical and could not finish do to being bipolar if I wasn't poor I would sue do to the fact that I know for a fact that I was being discriminated against cause I get a shot every month to ensure that I stay calm if I was dying and the only place open was Concentra I would rather die thank you very much for the shit experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
