Recommendedfriendly staffing, clean building, very professional,
Dirty lobby, there was trash on the floor. It took over 2 hours waiting time for a urine sample!

I rate a 0. Reason being is the doctor there is incompetent of reading test results from his own office. It was a DOT physical which involves simple screenings to get immediate results. He failed to look or ignore data his office collected and took my input from a past DOT physical and made the decision to opt out and not even realizing he had the same tests performed as the other doctor aforementioned. I hope his amateur decision making skills will not get him trouble, even though that's what he seems to avoid regularly, *s... read more
Horrible! 3 hrs for a drug screen. They need to hire more people asap. Will not return to this location.
Never thought I would hurt myself on the job concerned what I do .but never say never..any way the staff was very nice and my Dr was very nice as well... clean environment .was in and out ..
