They told me 3-4 days for results and when I called back they said 7-10 days and the young lady at the counter was very rude and not helpful.

I was told the wait wouldn’t be long I waited two hours for my physical no one had masks on at the front desk the only nice part was the guy who started my physical. The doctor I ended up getting one never introduced himself rushed everything and got a attitude when I asked him to repeat something told me he has to fail me because of blood work I was never told to bring to find out he has to at least give me 30 days to get that in...... horrible experience

The staff is very helpful and diligent in care. Respectful and kind in customer service. Only thing was it was to many people in there. Everyone has masks on and social distant as possible, it’s just I don’t like to many people around me. My mom is up in age. But I would definitely recommend you to experience the level of care Concerta gives

My wait wasn’t long, I met with the doctor, did the test for the D.O.T and was told I had to get documentation about my my sleep study. Ok no problem. A week goes by and called to find out if concentra received the paperwork, I was told that they did. But needed documentation from my primary about my a1c. I don’t understand why during my first visit, nobody asked about getting documentation about my a1c levels? Seriously, you guys need to work on communication.
My experience was pretty good they basically try to get too u by the order in which u came in at.. once ur treated the workers treat u with the utmost respect as possible as they try to take care if whatever it was u came in for
