This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a clinic. I should of have read the YELP reviews before going to this (Arlington location) Concentrate, those reviews could not have been more true! I waited 1 hour just to be handed more paper work, 40min after that to talk to a nurse, who sent us to the waiting room saying it be just be "a little longer". worst service! i understand the walk-in process so i didnt expect prompt service. i checked in @ 807, filled out papers for about 10 mins. the agony started there, i waited for 1 hour & 45 mins until i asked the front desk person. no smile, just a frowning face, told me i will be next. no compassion nor time to explain what's going on. so waited again for another 20 mins until i got inside. medical assistant checked my vitals in a breeze. waited for another 42 mins until i asked for the restroom. i came back & asked the medi... read more
Worst clinic or hospital (what ever call it is) ever that I've been to!!!!!its horrible other staff was so lazy specially the doctor!they let us wait for almost 3 hrs for nothing!!!the doctor he dont even check my husband's wounds!he release my husband from the care not even completely heal the wounds!!!dont give my husband a doctors excuse to reat my husband!!!!!i very very very hate it!!!!!!it should be zero star!!!! ����������
Place absolutely sucks! If your only doing drug test than your in and out anything else and it's a nightmare. It's like waiting at an ER full of sick people. They get in no hurry and half the time they don't know what there doing.
I called at 10am and was told to come in at 11am. I got there on time and was taken back to a room an hour later where I sat and waited for over 5 hours. I will never go back to this place.
The lady at the counter is letting people back before people that are here after others. She had told 2 people now that they wrote 830 and that the other people said they where here at 815 when they came in after us. She need to loss her ok attitude. It should not be that people have worker comp go before someone that has been here over an hour now. She said my husband was next and called someone else back there. If is work did not make him cone here for his yearly check up we would just go to our doctor.
It was better than my experience at CareNow...staff was nice n frirndlt, very detail , wait time excellent...wasn't sent home r 2hr wait time
