Horrible, had to wait over 2hrs for a physical
It was not a long wait. The employees were professional and warm. They explain the process very cleary. I did what i was told and was out. Thankyou
I had a physical @ Concentra in December 2016. My new job says I can use it because it's less than a year old. But they say I can't use and refuse to fill out the form because it's a different company and that Dr. is no longer here. Was told I need to pay $84 for another physical. WHY??? My other physical is still valid. What the hell? #AlwaysTryingToPillageConsumers Smh!!
Waiting Area Little Slow But Over All Great Experience Thank You .....���
It was a little slow in the waiting area when you come in but the nurse was Great and the doctor was really Great he was very concerned and and explain everything Great and was very nice. Dr. Later. Thank You to all.
The place is clean, well organized, staff is very friendly. Physical therapy is also outstsnding. Only problem is the initial look on night wait time, especially when you are in severe pain.
The staff are friendly and very organized. They really work with the patients to help them get better
