The receptionist was not friendly. The nurse was GREAT. The dr. That gave me my 7 min physical did not listen to my answers . Wrote down on my sheet other things that I did not say. She gave me the opinion that I was a waste of her time and just soon have not been at work. I have to get my primary care physician to write a letter to straighten out what that 7 min dr. Messed up on my physical papers for the job and the state! If it was not for how great the nurse was I would have my referral to others 000000!
Front desk staff were very pleasant. Got back reasonably quick considering how busy they were. Nurses were quick and professional.
The front office staff, nurses and physical therapist are top notch. They couldn’t have been any friendlier or more willing to help. I would highly recommend the Grandview Mo,Blue Ridge location to anyone.
I was the first one in the office in the morning, had my paperwork filled out online ,and it still took an hour and a half for a dot physical
The was was way too long. I went in about 12:30and didn’t leave till 3:00. Other than the wait it was a good visit!
The people are unprofessional and rude! They take forever to be seen! I don't recommend this place!
Went in for a work comp issue. The doc legitimately hurt me after I explained my personal doctor diagnosed me with a partial tear in my labrum. The doctor “tested it” three times each time taking my pain level to a 9. Doctor says after the tests “Wow that really hurt huh? Well a reaction like that to those tests is definitely a torn labrum.” No kidding doc my personal doctor determined that without hurting me. There is a reason work comp doctors do work comp work because they would never have a successful private practice.
