I have been waiting over a week for the mro to call me for my list of meds. The said a day or so. The wait was not too bad as to be expected the receptionist seemed to be overwhelmed but was nice. Once in for the screen the lady doing it was wicked nice and professional
Second day in a row I have been here 2+ hours for a simple drug screen...today I got here one hour after they opened; yesterday I came during lunch, is there ever not a 20 person line???? What the hell is going on here. I just called my real estate agent; I need to get a deal on monthly rent here I may never get to leave!!!!
This place is utterly incompetent. There is no efficiency in the service. There is really no reason why someone should have to wait 3 to 4 hours to get a simple drug screening done. How hard is it to get someone to piss into a cup or pluck a few hairs?
The stafff there is great but there is not enough of them
