The 1-hour wait here in Troy was better than the 3.5-hour wait time I was given in Pontiac.
Slow & unprofessional. Employees eating behind the desk & extremely rude & snappy when you ask them a question.
Horrible so far 2 hrs plus just to get a d.o.t medical card renewed sat in the waiting room hour and half and 3 people who showed up after me got in first and left. Your time here is not valuable to them. I do not recommended coming here ever. I hope this get a back to concentra for there NOT so great service.

Kudos to Vanessa and Ashley... they were very accommodating. My aunt was very nervous at first but because Ashley and Vanessa were very friendly, they talked to her and calmed her down.
The staff in physical therapy at Concentra in the Troy office is very easy going happy makes you feel part of the crowd very professional
The staff that works there are very nice and get you through very quickly. If you have any questions they are there to help.
