Was in for an employer ordered exam. Very efficient service along with a friendly staff.
I was injured at work! Went to the doctor! I was there from 1:00 PM until after 5 PM! Rediculous to have to wait that long! My next visit was at 12:15... finally was taken back to a room about 3:00! I was so upset both times! Had it not been a work injury I would have walked out! I would NEVER go there for care! No reason that a person has to wait that long! Very courteous and friendly and very fast Staffing although my wound was in pain my soul was in Bliss
They seem to care for you but I went just yesterday with a pain in my upper left side under my ribs,they couldn't do anything cause they don't have ultrasound machine and didn't want to do and x ray,just simple check up and nothing...will have to look for a doctor in the insurance network,cause this didn't help at all and let me go with nausea,headache,dizzy and when get home throwing up still feeling bad...no help and $15 co-payment that was a waste...really just because this urgent care was under the network! 2.5 hours to be seen. And I don't think they knew why they had me come back
They suck!! Went in there with my boyfriend because he had severe ear pain and fluid/blood coming out of his ear. We waited an hour and a half to be seen because their computer systems were down. And they told him his ear was "clear as day" even as he was cleaning his ear out with a tissue and the tissue is full of blood/fluid. They basically told him that it "MIGHT" be a viral ear infection but that whatever was draining was gone, even though it clearly wasn't. This place is cool. Everyone is so nice. The only thing is is that we have to wait an eternity to be seen.
