Recommendedthe staff that checks you in are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and helpful. 5 star 🌟 from me. the nurses are in the same category I would recommend anyone there
the people are always happy to see you or see what your shirt says. Dr. Parmar is an excellent surgeon and really know what he's doing. Everybody is always glad to see you and listen to what you say bout what's goin on. I would recommend Concentra to anybody. Well the one on Southwest Trey I don't no about the rest. A big thank you to everyone for everything you did.
The staff are friendly, fast and efficient and yes I was there for most of my day but everything went smoothly.
Went for a simple drug test and I sat there an hour and a half. Saw several staff members standing around doing nothing. When I told the lady at the front desk I'd come back another day she called someone on the phone and then informed me it would be 5 more minutes, however it took another 10 minutes. Can't understand why anyone should wait that length of time for a test that takes 3 minutes.

Front desk, nurses, x-ray techs - excellent. Wait time 1 1/2 hours - too long. Doctor - awful. Could not tell me what was wrong. Misdiagnosis. Prescribed medicine I did not need. Left this facility and went to ER. 15 minutes total time. Correct diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription and follow-up referral. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
Security is a negative. No lockers. I had some cash taken from my purse. No issues with the care.
