Personnel were very courteous the moment I checked in up to the technician. I would highly recommend Concentra.
I was there for two tests for my employee. I told why I was there for and gave the papers that my employee gave me. The Technician was very friendly and he explained the two procedures. Today, I will be back to know the result of one of my test. The assistants in the reception are very throughout and explain what you need to do. The room that I have the tests are very clean. I really like the Concentra Urgent Care.
My first time visiting Concentra urgent care at Fairfax VA, everything was very fast, there environments is clean and the guy in the front desk has a great customer service.

Sent an employee with a sprained ankle for medical care. Resulted in a prescription for ibuprofen and 2 solicitations for legal representation to sue us. Doesn’t seem like the kind of care I am interested in paying for as an employer. Astounding.
