It was my 2nd time going but to 2 different clinics! Both of my visits were excellent. I love the one on Monroe and 45. And if I need to go back it will be that facility!
Well I was the third patient, attention at the reception was great, firsts test for urine and eye exams fast and great have to wait a little time for the doctor for the physical exam and some time on the check out to receive my paper total of hour and a half, not bad, great attention
I like it here everybody was so proffecional i would come here all the time specially "jose the nurse" he was awesome...
I went there at 12:30 and I didn't get up to 4 o'clock I don't know what the problem is or the hold up I have to go tell them that I was there ready for two and a half hours before they even look at me
The wait was long, about 3 hours, but once I was back to the back, everyone was professional and courteous and the process moved along quickly.
