Terrible customer service. Their intake system has a glitch and can not verify my coverage. Receptionist refused to call insurance to verify. Instead said that It was their policy for the customer to request a bill directly and then submit it to the insurance. Buyer BEWARE. Don’t go there! Also having a full conversation with the other employee using foul language.
The lady who worked the front counter was rude. She had a full blown conversation with a co worker while telling me to sign a document. She had absolutely no training in customer service. The place was clean and the woman who took my sample was nice "smiled" and said "hello" you know like a human being. And that was the only reason why there's even stars up.
What a wonderful experience, in a tough time. Everyone was incredible.
My fiancé and I are on vacation and we both got sick and went to Concentra. The medical receptionists were very friendly. Always smiling. The medical assistant Alettia that took us back was awesome. Dr. Cohen was great! Very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Very caring staff. I hope not to get sick again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to this Concentra.
