I went for an infected skin rash, since my dr was not in. I was misdiagnosed with shingles. The rash ended up much worse. My dr said it was not shingles and a skin infection. The person that seen me also announced to her coworkers “oh it was shingles” As I walked out of the exam room. Which I find to be very unprofessional.

Everyone was SO nice and very professional without being robotic! I saw Dr. Estus this time. She was very thorough and listened to every word I said. It's nice and clean inside too. I wish they could be my primary care doctors. I get better treatment there than any where!
I was seen in a timely manner. Receptionist to the PA couldn’t have been any nicer and so professional. The clinic is so clean. You always feel that whatever your illness is they will help you. My illness was diagnosed, prescriptions called in and was on my way in 30 minutes. I usually go here when I can’t get to my doctor in time in Lexington and have always had excellent care. Would highly recommend Concentra in Nicholasville.
I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door! The Receptionist was very professional and was very nice! I had a couple of people in front of me! Nurse that did drug test was also very professional and very nice! It was a very pleasant visit 🤗 Thank you
