My daughter had an 845 appointment to get a wound on her finger looked at. The woman told her they'd take her back in "a few minutes". After sitting there for 45 minutes we went to check how much longer and the same lady told her that she should have been told at the end of her last visit it would be 60 to 90 minutes. I have been going there because of a work accident, they have been okay with the service but today was the worse! I went to my appointment with enough time so I wouldn't be late, they made me wait for 2:34 hours! If I was late for that length of time, they would be telling me I was late and had lost my appointment spot. But it's okay for them to take that long and without an excuse? Went there for a DOT physical today, and they are saying I need a sleep study per the DOT But there is no where in the DOT physical for them to require me to do a sleep study if you are a driver and this has happened to you we need to talk my email is otrvern at qwest dot net, lets get a class action going on this company they can't make the rules they want up as they go along that's what the regs are about
Went for a drug screen from work, quick and easy, everyone seemed friendly!
