Received a nasty phone call from a nurse stating I failed my drug test for amphetamin . I asked did you you read the drug list I provided on the paperwork you gave me ? She said well are they legal. Yes ! Name of doctor. Where you pick them up. RX number. It was confirmed. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting to start my job ! 4 1/2 hour wait time ! Give me a break! Never again. They insinuated I was a drug addicted and embarrassed me with calling my employer! Really?
RecommendedThe wait was a bit long but it’s to be expected. I ended up being sent to the hospital ER and stayed for 4 days for IV antibiotics. It was recognized that my treatment was beyond their ability and sent me with all the necessary papers and phone calls which was a tremendous help. ER knew everything in advance and was expecting me. I am a RN. Not a lot of that kind of professionalism happens today. Well done❗️
Very pleasant staff. extremely busy office so wait is a little bit, but they try to keep it moving
Rachel is a pleasure to work with. We would send a driver in there for screening any day.
The worst display of Customer /Patient Service I've ever seen. Receptionist was so rude dealing with someone visibly in pain. Then argued with me. The doctor /manager who I saw to report the issue was condoning the staffs' behavior. What an awful experience that brought me to tears .
Terrible wait time.
