Concentra Urgent Care was performed professional service on recent experience from staff to doctors I rated them # 20 about the service Or excellent.
Went there to submit a urine analysis, and the nurse said she wasn’t going to accept my urine. Didn’t give a reason why or anything. She asked me for another sample, so I sat down to drink water to provide another sample, but I’m waiting to do so, they had to close. So the nurse then called my prospective employer and told them that I REFUSED to give another sample, which ended up costing me the job, which I was already guaranteed for. I would NEVER go back to this place!!
I had a 2:00 pm appointment and was not seen until 3:15. Then I waited in the medical room for 34 more minutes. Staff was friendly. Everyone in waiting room was complaining about the wait and they were polite however.... I made an appointment to avoid this. I will never go again
The doctor i seen was very nice and friendly but i got there at 8 and didnt leave till anout 12
Everything , employees were nice. I feel very comfortable with the doctor
