Dr Dy was very friendly and very helpful.
I visited the Concentra 151 Brooks N Las Vegas I only waited about 1 hour ,had very nice Nurses & had Fantastic Doctor that was very informative & understanding, the receptionists were very nice, a great experience
Dr Dy and her staff were so amazing! The doctor even called to check on my son. I had never heard of this urgent care, but went because a coworker recommended them after my son was turned away by CareNow. (Both on our work insurance directory but CareNow claimed they weren’t. Turned out they are. I’ve always had bad experiences with CareNow... But at Concentra they actually took time to explain things to my son (he was injured at school). And the doctor showed me his X-rays, took time with my son, made sure he felt at ease. ... read more
