Going in for random drug test and toilet was disgusting. Personnel was nice.

The Clinic Administrator was extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk clerk Donna was very pleasant to everyone who walked in and on the phone. Working in a medical clinic myself the Clinic Administrator would not last very long in Louisiana. The rest of the staff seemed very polite. The wait was longer than I would expect for an Urgent Care but seeing how they mix Workers Comp cases in with regular patients I can see why. If it's not work related go elsewhere while visiting Vegas.
Consider hiring staff JUST to do drug screens. A two hour wait with an empty waiting room is excessive.
