The woman that gave me my drug test was very rude in a way like she either really hated her job or really liked it, kinda like she enjoyed the power she had over people or something, this is the third time I've had a horrible experience at this same Concentra, but I have to say the one right off Charlotte was great though
Great people and staff was wonderful.the wait was a little to long .but great place
Understaffed working hard but take good care of their patients and customers everyone there was smiling and being a retired army in on you they were working their butts off when you have that many people coming in the door and that few hands to treat them a loving heart and kind touch that's what I saw there
In Nashville for work, got a sinus infection and ended up rupturing both of my eardrums. Everyone at Concentra was so understanding and compassionate. I was able to get great care in less than an hour and my medication was ready at a pharmacy right around the corner. I honestly don't know what I would have done without all of them. Thank you, Concentra!
Awesome place and very clean.. The staff was super nice as well...
