RecommendedStaff were efficient , courteous and there was hardly any wait. I needed an annual test and they made it easy and followed Covid 19 protocols.

The staff is very friendly and efficient.
Had drug screening. Very quick, staff welcoming and pleasant while maintaining COVID protocols. In and out within 20 minutes.
Went in for a work injury. 3.5 hour wait to see the rushed doctor for 3.5 minutes.... I am not pleased with the doctor that I saw.
Went in for a physical for work. They seem to be set up for your DOT needs. Staff is pretty friendly and honestly...... actually talk to you and answer questions. Something that seems to be rare in today’s assembly line medical centers.

Took very long to be called in, understand that it takes some time to see each patient but this was an hour and half wait. Also the staff was nice don’t get me wrong they were very nice, the doctor on the other hand, not so much. Kind of rude and made some non encouraging comments as well. Also when I asked a question she did not seem to care and said “I don’t know ask the the other staff” in a rude way, threw me off. Didn’t appreciate that at all.
