Wasn't too long of a wait. Staff were friendly and capable. Went for my Dot physicial. Ill probably go back when I have to renew.
I attend Concentra on the North side of Tucson. The front desk girls are very sweet and helpful. Initial visit did suck as the wait was long, but after that your appointments are on timely. The doctor that I'm seeing is very kind, considerate and he listens . The x ray tech also really nice. I would definitely recommend getting care here however be prepared for your first walk-in visit a good two-and-a-half 3 hours but that's no different than the emergency room that I attended for the onset of this accident.
The staff was very nice but there is a long wait. Overall, it wasn't a horrible visit!
Besides being there for 3 1/2 hours... staff I saw were nice and friendly.
Probably one of the worst care center I ever had to go to. Technician couldn't take a simple case history because she did not know simple medical terms like colon surgery or septoplasty. The doctor wrote an incorrect ultrasound order that could be filled. And then with the follow up call it was just sorry about that.
