Been waiting here for 4 hours for a urinalises for a job and physical to start work. They need to be better prepared for this and can work a little faster at this.
I have never liked coming here. I was here on Monday (6/12/18) for a work related injury to my elbow. The Dr. said after he only touched my elbow briefly that I have a strain. No X-ray, mri....NOTHING!!!! The night before I was at the Riverton insta Care inside the hospital and they did X-rays and said I showed signs of a possible fracture and arthritis. But I had to come to concentra because it’s the “preferred” provider according to my workers comp people. This place is a joke.
Had a great experience. Did not wait long. The nurse was great and personable. The doctor awesome and made me laugh the whole time. The physical therapist friendly and personable. Great experience. I walked out smiling!!!
I think concentra does a great job at this very busy location. They are nice, respectful and fun and try to handle your needs as wuickly as possible and treat you right !
Great people loved the receptionist at the PT entry
They did an awesome job! My estimated wait time from start to finish was 2-3 hours but these ladies hustled and got me in and out in 30 min (and I was a brand new patient!). The provider was very helpful and attentive to my needs and ailments; actually listened to me and took my ideas/concerns seriously. I will definitely be using them for future urgent care matters when I am at work in SLC. 💕
I seen Dr. Love. He was awesome and I love his whole staff. They are all so friendly.
