Helped me so much when it came to my work injury. The location on Kemper Road is where I went. Very friendly people even with how busy that location is. I recommend setting appointment unless of course it’s urgent. After work injury I required surgery and was out of work for 7 months until I had to go back for another pre-employment checkup. When I went in the front desk remembered me as well as the doctor. Overall great doctors and great staff if you can suffer the long wait time.

Get rid of Kelly Butler, their NP at Concentra on Roberts Rd in Hillard Ohio. She is nothing but a blow hard who thinks she knows everything but know little about proper paperwork for Workers comp. She will mess you case up as she did mine. Get away from Concentra and go to OSU or Ohio Health. This place is arrogant and will not even send you your paperwork after you fire them. GET FAR AWAY. DO NOT TRUST YOUR comp case to these people
I was the second person in. I waited about 5 minutes then was called back. was in and out in about 35 minutes. was treated very professionally and politely.
I had to go to Concentra to get a drug test for my new job. I had to wait for two hours before called back. After getting into the room I was told that she would have to cut some of my hair for the test. She cut big chunks from both sides of my bangs and left a chunk hanging in the middle. I looked terrible and had to finish my errands with this horrible cut. I hope I never have to go again.
