RecommendedThe staff is courteous, professional and direct without being coarse. They displayed appropriate attention and empathy while not loosing focus for a moment!
Nurses/dr did not wipe bp cuff, pulse ox, stethascope before or after use! After touching my urine sample with gloves, nurse used same gloves to type in computer& use pen. This should b everyday practice, esp now during the corona virus!! Disgusting place!
My care there has been amazing. I did have an appointment with a specialist today and waited more than hour past my appointment time before I had to reschedule because I couldn’t stay any longer. I wish wait times for those with appointments would be better communicated I would have rescheduled immediately rather than wasting so much time there. However Dr. Z who’s been treating is amazing and has gone way above standards as well at the entire PT staff.
The staff was super friendly. The wait time a few of the times I was there was super long for what seemed like no reason. I was one of the only people in there and it seemed like it took forever to get seen. The one girl taking my blood pressure didn’t even put the end of the stethoscope on my arm, it just hung and after 3 seconds she said I was 118/80... no wonder I had a perfect BP. Which I never have. My visit consisted of a hearing test for work drove my own vehicle to this site 20 minutes away at completion of test they sent me back to work then I had to return to site to fill out a OSHA form wasn’t impressed with the way they did things
