Great crew and very helpful
On-site registration can be a conflict for those that are technically challenged. Also, much of that health history is repetitive, thus making it confusing.
Got everything I needed from them, they made it super easy and gave me all the paperwork I needed for workman's comp stuff. Nurses, docs, and physical therapist were all super friendly and made things easy to understand
