I went for ear pain the lady said I didn’t have an ear infection so I called my doctor later the same day who ended up telling me I had a double ear infection!
went for the first time today for preemployment testing. It was so dirty and just awful.
When in there last week the staff was EXTREMELY rude. Not only were they rude to the patients there was a lot of unprofessional conversations going on. It does not seem very professional for employees to be bashing providers and other co workers in front of a waiting room full of people. They were behind and short staffed that day which they didn’t hide at all from any patients including the attitude when expressing that their employees don’t want to work and management does do anything about it. Made an appointment for 845 to have urine test and physical for employment and still here 2 hours later.
Staff was friendly, facility is clean. The admin flow was slow and could use a little more organized efficiency.
Always professional, always courteous, always prompt! Love using concentra to keep my work stuff up to date. Highly recommend!
