I went to get Covid 19 tested on 01/12/2021, I tried to call two days later and nobody answers the phone. I had to make arrangements with my company HR office to skip work without getting in trouble for poor attendance, I'm not getting paid while at home. It is now 01/18/2021 and both my company and I know nothing about my results. Poor service.

Service was quick and the staff was friendly
There was no waiting time and I was seen right away on a Sunday afternoon. The doctor and the receptionist were a little impersonal and never smiled but that did not bother me that much. Just wanted to get checked out get some meds and leave.
