Worst service ever, people at the front desk rude and talking about beers when they should be trying to help, doctor doesnt let the wife of the patient know whats happening! Other concentra in gallatin its the best one but this one is the works place ever.
We went back and forth with the insurance, after that, they are professional about their services, nice people, I will definitely recommend them. Clean environments
It was really busy but the staff and doctors were really nice and i was out fast
I went for a work injury. The staff was helpful and professional. My wait time was minimal. I like that everything (X-ray,lab,physical therapy) was all in the same place!
Dont go here if your hurt.
