Staff was great and professional. Only complaint I would have it is I waited over an hour and a half in the waiting room until my name was called, I was there for a pre-employment physical and was told it would only be a half hour wait.

Great staff! was in and out quickly
The tech was nosy and disclosed others from my potential were taking more elevated screens. He was also nosy. Furthermore my uds was sent out for lab causing me to miss orientation and subsequently a job offer when in fact I had taken two drug test in the past 48 hours with passing results. Thanks. Couldn’t have been more disappointed.
Fast and friendly was in and out in no time very little wait. Was there in the morning.
Normally not a problem at this site but my last visit I guess the guy was fresh out of training and kept screwing up with my DOT random drug test, I do not want to ever experience any problems with DOT. No problems with it yet and hopefully nothing will happen.
I highly recommend Concentra Urgent Care and all the Physical Therapists: Matt, Lauren, Emily, Edward. Everyone is friendly and positive and know how to relieve pain and teach proper movement and exercises for improved health. Doctor Scott, Alex, Portia and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Five Stars!
The office was very busy when I arrived. I did not have an appointment and it was later in the afternoon. The staff moved swiftly through the check in procedure. Every staff member I had contact with as well as others were friendly and polite and just overall seemed very happy to be at work. Well organized and professional. I had a drug screen and complete physical and was in and out in less than an hour! I can’t imagine it could have been any easier. Thank you Lancaster concentra team! Well done!
