RecommendedI had to go to Concentra for a pre employment drug screen. The staff was courteous and very professional, and my wait time was under thirty minutes as promised. If the professional attitude of the Staff at the 6th Ave. location is an indication of how they handle their patients on a regular basis, then the community is well served by these health care providers. Bravo Zulu.

Staff was professional. Checked me and I was seen within 30 minutes. Clean facility and the offer snacks!
I will admit, my wait here was very long (an hour and a half) to be seen for a knee/leg injury, but I was a walk in and realized people had appointments and they take people based on injury severity. Everyone was very friendly, from the team behind the checkout counter, nurse, doctor, and x-ray technician. While the wait was an inconvience, I appreciate the care I got. Bruno ain’t too hard on the eyes, either!
Horrible treatment for workers comp injury. They did not treat me or diagnose my injury correctly so I had to have a major surgery as a result. Learn from me and request a new doctor with the state.
I waited in the waiting room for and hour and a half before they took me back. They ordered me a strep test when I finally got to a room. Had 2 doctors come in 45 minutes after sitting there 20 minutes apart asking if my strep test was done yet. Worst service ever. Very unorganized and sloppy. The people were very nice but didn’t make patients a priority. I waiting an hour after the strep test and the doctor came in for 5 minutes not answering what was wrong. Every time I go to a concentra, I have to wait forever! This appointment was a scheduled follow up, I got here 10 minutes early and 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting
I went in for my DOT physical and was very please at the quick service since I was a walk in without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional and I was on my way in approximately 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door!
