The wait is too long at this location as well as east Kemper road slow as heck I’m big pissed Nurses got bonnets on
Pleasant experience all the way around, staff was exceptional, truly wish all my medical visits was like this one.

Staff was very respectable and they was fast and quick in and out it is definitely a professional place
I hate all of the Concentra locations but Norwood is right up on the top. And all we are doing is trying to earn a living and they are harassing us every step of the way.
They screwed up the paperwork for my preemployment drug test so cost me almost a week of pay ! Would never recommend them for drug screenings !
A little slow. Took 1.5 hrs to get hearing test done but the people were great.
I was in and out with my DOT physical in under 60 minute's AWESOME!!!!
