PCP and pain MThey had me waiting for days and going to my anagement doctor to write letters. The doctor knew she was going to decline my physical due to the medication anyway. Why have me to do all of that and you was going to deny me. The pain Management assistant said she mocked her. I have never been to and doctor office that the physician was so rude. Very Professional and waite time is next to zero.
If the girls are up front you get treated great. They are always fast and friendly. On my last visit last Thursday my appointment was at 8:30 I got there a couple of minutes early. I didn’t get to see the doctor until after 9 and then it took until almost 10:30 for me to get my paperwork.
Very personable staff. Everyone was friendly and professional from the front desk to Mark and the doctors. I would recommend Concentra to others.
Was treated with apparent prejudice........was told 15 min. And I waited 35, everyone that was there before me was seen......then the nurse called the only other person in the waiting room besides me at the time, and he checked in after me. When I questioned the Nurse about how much longer till I could go back, because my bladder was full and hurting....she said when I finish with him in about 15 min., with a sassy attitude like a child. Jessica, and Becky and dr Khalina were very professional in the lab itself. LaKeisha and Ashley were super helpful up front with forms and the wait time was minimal
Comfortable waiting area. Nice location. Accessible & alert staff.
