RecommendedGreat staff . Great care totally recommended
My uncle hurt himself at work, he had a broken arm and torn ligaments in his knee. You sent him home with a cast and nothing else. If a broken bone isnt painful enough to warrant pain medication, what the hell is? Sadistic, go somewhere else if you get hurt. You shouldnt be giving medical care if you dont care about your patients.
everyone was so nice, polite, & cordial even though the phones were ringing and wait room was full
Service and personnel were good. However, I waited an hour with a full bladder before getting called into the test room. This was after being told it should not be too long of a wait and there was no one in front of me for that specific test.
Despite current circumstances, Concentra Urgent Care still does an excellent job at handling the needs and services of all their visitors. It is done in an orderly, and timely manner as well.
Docs are cool and people are nice. Wait times are ridiculous when doing a DOT physical. no appointments for those. Totally ridiculous.
Highlights are the Staff are Friendly and Helpful, there's Snacks, Coffee and Water +TV.
Staff and Doctor were great. I’m not fond on the wait time overall it was a great experience.
Extremely fast, professional, and courteous. Had my DOT physical done in under an hour from check in to being done.
