RecommendedWas the only place around that offered the immunization I needed for a job. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend! The wait is not that long, it’s an urgent care...people complain if they have to wait more than 5 min for anything. The front desk staff is amazing!
IMPORTANT-please share. They lost my preemployment UA. It took a week for them to call my employer and inform them the disposition of my UA. They claim Fed EX lost it. I had to leave work when the called. Immediately reschedule another UA. I did all that, which I passed. It cost me a day and a half of work which my employer said concentra was liable. Concentra says my employer is responsible. I was never compensated. I highly recommend not using this particular concentra.
Waste of time...3+ years and no relief in sight
Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and patient care. An HOUR of waiting when hardly any patients were there because a staff member was on break. UA girl on 06/12/20 at noon was a royal snot and said in a nasty tone "you're in a rush to leave to go to Walmart?" when I said I had to get things done today rather than wait for my UA and blood work to be collected all day. Just some of the nastiest people you can imagine as far as "people skills" - or lack thereof
schedule an appointment and wasnt seen for an hour later, was told "we had alot of walk ins".... I would have been seen faster if I just walked in! To top it off, wasnt even seen by the doctor that seen me the first time.
The only thing urgent about this place is the word urgent on the sign out front ! This place is extremely slow ! If your sick enough to come to this place just save your time and go to PVH or the new Banner hospital ER.
The staff are very professional & friendly. Didn’t have long wait time even tho they were busy. Was in & out in a timely manner.
They only gave me a 3 month medical card based on bogus standards for testing for sleep apnea. It's just a money maker for Concentra
All office staff are very efficient and kind. Very knowledgeable They try very hard to keep appointments in time
