This staff is rude, guy spilled my sample everywhere, called saying I had a positive sample and a negative sample from the same urine, I took 3 different home test all were negative, asked for a re urinalysis they sent my positive test and possibly cost me a position I desperately needed.
Here goes my Customer service complaint about the Concentra branch urgent care in Layton, UT I received horrible over the phone customer service by the employee JANE this morning. She is the only employee who answers the phone every time when we call the general number. My mom is here visiting from Brasil and needed to be seen for an eye infection. Sent an employee with a sprained ankle for medical care. Resulted in a prescription for ibuprofen and 2 solicitations for legal representation to sue us. Doesn’t seem like the kind of care I am interested in paying for as an employer. Astounding.
