Stayed over an hour to correct the same document that was incorrectly filled out the first time. A legal document for USCIS that was not filled properly needed to be corrected. Took over an hour to get this documentation with all the required documents and a letter from USCIS stating exactly what was wrong with their document. This place needs to lose their license for working with immigration medical exams and documentation. I hope i dont need to come back here for another mistake let. Paid 677 dollars for an appointment that was meant to be 300. Did not inform us of the price of the appointment prior to arrival with a drive of 1.5 hours one way. Trying to get a sealed document and having us wait over an hour to retrieve this document that was already prepared prior to our arrival. The front desk while on phone with us was communicating with several other people put me on hold and rushed the call and hung up on me. This was all in the span of 2 consecutive appointments.
