Mrs Marcal and her team go above and beyond , they took care of my situation even not being related to them . My DOT physical card that I got in another concentra location in florida , needed a correction in my personal information, in order for the DMV to accep it. They took care of this talkimg directly with their piers in Florida. Got the certificate corrected and i was able to re submit it to the DMV, and avoided me go back to florida to solve the situation . Thank you again

This place is horrible to get a drug test. It took my wife 5.5hrs to get her drug test done because they forgot she had SIGNED INN!!! This place is horrible organize and people need to be fired!!!!! Horrible place!!!
Honestly I can't blame them however staff is normally rude uncourteous wait time is insane for a 15 min visit I got CDL bs and have to deal with them once a year worst day ever
Amazing how I was completely ignored and spoken down to for a very simple question about wait times.
