Experience to wait 3-4 hrs just for CDL physical exam this is traumatizing
This place really helps out. It does not deserve a 1 star at all. Yeah they have u fill out paperwork but everyplace does
So came in for a DOT physical with my account number from my school. The head tech said it wasn’t any help and said I needed to call the office. I did and she gave them our schools fax number to send the form. After sitting for 40 mins I asked the hold up was and they said the fax number didn’t work. I ask them why didn’t you tell so I could have resolved the issue. I swear they would have let me sit there all day. Do not come to this location!!!
