Very professional staff members. They are great and follow policy guidelines closely, however they are a bit short staffed so the process timeframe varies. Overall I had a polite experience.
Every one from the front desk sign in to the Doctor who did my physical were all very nice and accommodating. The nurses and techs who did all of my testing and blood draw were super nice and friendly. I have used Concentra many times and they are all good, but this location was the best in my opinion
